   The number one objective of the Thorobladers is having fun.  That's the most important part of any workout regimen.  If you don't enjoy what you're doing, then there's a small chance you'll keep it up for any length of time.
    Inline skating is a great way to get immediate results.  Spend any length of time on skates, and you'll immediately feel your muscles starting to tighten and firm.   We've learned this from personal experience, but there's plenty of scientific evidence to back it up as well.  Numerous studies have shown that skating is just as effective as running, cycling and swimming.  We may be biased, but we believe skating is superior.  It beats the pounding of running, the monotony of swimming and the expense of cycling.
